Bounce Hotel is an eight-story hotel and hostel featuring a rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. This project transformed the site into a vibrant modern accommodation hub designed for international travelers and the Gold Coast lifestyle. Through careful coordination, fast-paced construction, and contemporary design, the project delivered a bold new destination near the beach and the heart of Surfers Paradise.

Vivida Apartments are a collection of 4 high-end residences. This project transformed a challenging hillside site into a luxury coastal residence through complex engineering, meticulous craftsmanship, and modern Queensland design. The project was successfully completed as a sophisticated architectural landmark overlooking Laguna Bay.

The transformation of the atrium, bar, lobby, and exterior entrance at Novotel Resort Twin Waters reimagined the resort’s arrival experience with contemporary coastal finishes, open social spaces, and a refined tropical atmosphere. Through carefully staged construction and modern design upgrades, the project revitalised the heart of the resort while enhancing the relaxed luxury that defines the Twin Waters destination.
